Looking for work can be hard. Keeping a job can come with challenges too especially if you’re not getting the right kind of support. That’s where we come in.

At Caring Humanity, we help people living with disability take the next step in their work life. Whether your goal is a part-time job, full-time role, or supported workplace, we provide reliable, ongoing support through your NDIS employment support funding.

Our services are available to NDIS participants in Canberra and surrounding regions, and we’re planning to expand to Canberra soon.

What We Do – Our Services

We deliver a range of NDIS employment support services under “Assist Access and Maintain Employ”. That means we help you find work, prepare for it, and stay in it. Here’s how we support you:

We sit down with you to understand what kind of work you’d like to do and what’s important to you. Then we help make a clear plan to get there.

Job Search and Applications

We help you find jobs that suit your skills and interests. We also help you apply, writing resumes, submitting applications, and getting ready for interviews.

Building Job Skills

Whether it’s learning how to manage time, work with others, or improve your communication, we help you build the skills that make working easier.

Support at Work

Once you get a job, we can continue to support you on the job, checking in regularly, helping with challenges, and making sure things are working well between you and your employer.

Ongoing Training and Development

If there are courses or workshops that could help you grow in your role or prepare for the next one, we’ll help you find and access them.
